The rescheduled Wyndham Carriage Hills Annual Meeting will be held November 19 at Casino Rama, north of Barrie, Ontario. The meeting scheduled October 18 had to be rescheduled because 700 owners more than the 300 capacity facility could hold turned out for the meeting. The likely reason for the robust turnout is because a long overdue exit strategy is on the agenda, but at the Carriage Ridge meeting that was held October 19, owners were informed there will be no details forthcoming until first quarter 2020. The strategic accounting firm BDO Dunwoody has been retained to address the problem of no responsible exit, as well as rapidly rising delinquencies.
The Wyndham Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge Resorts annual meetings will be held at the resorts October 21 and 22 in Ontario Canada. A member of our team will be in attendance and will be reporting on the outcome, as a possible exit strategy for owners seeking release will be discussed. Contact us for more information.
